Boat Rentals

Rent a pontoon boat, speed boat, kayak or canoe and spend the afternoon
exploring beautiful Lake Dillon at your own pace. Lake Dillon Marina is a 15
minute drive.

Carriage Rides

Enjoy a memorable ride through the historic streets of
Breckenridge in your own personal carriage, pulled by draft
horses.  30-minute tours.

Our exercise room (located in Building 3) features cardiovascular equipment and
a universal gym.

teach you how, show you where, take you there and
help you net the fish!

Gambling

Test your luck in Blackhawk and Central City, only an hour and a half away!
Aces and Eights Casino Coach provides round trip transportation and provides
you with local information and great dining discounts.

Gold Mine Tours

Country Boy Mine takes you over 1000 feet underground to see how miners
made their millions.  Tools of the trade date back to gold rush days.  Try panning
for gold in Eureka Creek and take some home!  Tours are approximately
45-minute long.  Group dinners and tours are available.
Drive time is 10 minutes.

Golf – Opening dates TBD

Choose from five beautiful courses in Summit County.  Breckenridge Golf Club is
a Jack Nicklaus designed course, only 10 minutes away!  Other nearby courses
include Keystone Ranch and River Courses, Raven Golf Club and Copper Creek
Golf Club.  Group outings can be arranged.

Hiking

Beautiful hiking trails can be found throughout Summit County.  Guided hikes
are available, ranging from two hours to a full day.

Horseback Riding

Whether you want a gentle ride through the
plains or a full-blown cattle drive, Colorado
by horseback cannot be beat.  Two hour
rides available.  Drive time is 45 minutes.

Hot Air Ballooning

Imagine souring with the eagles while taking in views of the Rocky Mountains!
One hour sunrise flights run daily and include a continental breakfast and
champagne toast.  Transportation is provided.

Ice Skating

For skating and hockey, call the Breckenridge Ice Arena (970-547-9974)
for public ice times.  Equipment rentals, lessons and kids’ skating aids are
available. 

The Spa at Beaver Run

Come and relax at our newly renovated luxurious spa!  Our outdoor patio offers
two hot tubs, a Watsu therapy pool, and spectacular mountain views.  Choose
from 30 min, 60 min, or 90 minute massages either Swedish or Deep Tissue
style massages are available. Wellness, Altitude Sickness, Sports, and Pregnancy
Massages are also available. The Spa also offers waxing, facials, Oxygen
Treatment, Watsu-Aquatic Therapy, Hot Stone Treatments, Micro Buff Body

Mountain Biking

Try the numerous off road trails or the paved bike path, running from
Breckenridge to Vail.  There are several bike rental shops in town.

Museums and Historical Tours

The 1875 Edwin Carter Museum (970-453-9022) will take you
back to the days of the Gold Rush.  Other tours include the
Breckenridge Historic District, Washington Gold Mine and
Lomax Placer Gulch tour and slide show. 

Nightlife

After a day on the mountain, there’s nothing better than enjoying a night out on
the town.  Breckenridge offers plenty of great bars and clubs to satisfy
everyone. 

Pottery Painting

Ready! Paint! Fire!  Design your own creations.  Choose from a huge variety of
pottery pieces and take a great reminder of your vacation home with you.
A warm, friendly, and relaxing indoor activity! 

Recreation Center

The Breckenridge Recreation Center (970-453-1734) is an all-in-one sports
facility offering tennis, racquetball, basketball, running track, swimming, water
slide, rock climbing wall, free weights, circuit weights, cardio equipment,
fitness classes and child care.

Restaurants

If you have had your fill at Spencer’s, head into town to enjoy some of the award
winning cuisine of Breckenridge.  From pub food to fine dining everyone is sure
to find their favorite place to eat!

Shopping

There is great shopping everywhere!  From the many shops and boutiques in
Breckenridge to the outlet stores in Silverthorne (30 minute drive), you will find
whatever your heart desires!

Swimming

Beaver Run guests can choose between two heated pools: one indoor/outdoor
(Building 3) and one outdoor (Building 4).  Relax after a long day on the slopes
in one of the resort’s seven hot tubs while enjoying a cocktail from the pool bar.

Theater

The Backstage Theatre provides award winning live
productions in a small theatre setting.  Please check
with the Concierge or daily newspaper for performance
schedules.

Transportation

Beaver Run Resort provides a complimentary in-town shuttle that runs on call.
The FreeRide bus system connects Beaver Run to most Breckenridge locations.
The Summit County towns of Breckenridge, Frisco, Dillon, Keystone,
Silverthorne and Copper Mountain are linked by The Summit Stage free bus
network.  Luxury limousines and shuttle services are available for travel between
Denver Airport and Beaver Run.
