Field Experience
- As part of the Visiting Scientist position at Arecibo Observatory and currently as User I participated in several meteor and ionospheric observing campaings as collaborator and principal investigator, using both, radar and lidar. September 2001-Present.
- Participated in the Leonids 1998 and 1999 meteor shower observation campaign at Arecibo Observatory, Puerto Rico, using the 430/46.8 MHz radars. November 1998 and 1999
- Participated in the Search for Icy comets campaign at Jicamarca Radio Observatory, Peru March 1999
- Participated in the environmental tests of the argentine sattelite SAC-B at Instituto Nacional de Pesquisas Espaciais. San Jose Dos Campos, Brazil. May and July 1995
- Used the University of Wisconsin Synchrotron Radiation Center multilayer beamline to measure transmission of filters for an X-Ray CCD imaging spectrometer, the main instrument on the Advance X-Ray Astrophysics Facility (aka CHANDRA). June 1995
- Used CCD camera to perform experiments at University of Wisconsin Synchrotron Radiation Center on two occasions. February and May 1994.
