Computing the Model
The model is computed by testing each spatial scale at each
pixel and examining the evidence for that scale.
to decrease the spatial scale.
To prevent too small Pixons, the minimum allowed Pixon size
is slowly lowered throughout the iteration.
Hence, the large scale image structure is computed first and
the details are filled in later.
